Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out. We at OrientalBlends work hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

Return policy

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

You don't like what you bought?

No worries we will sort it but to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and the tea must be undamaged which means:

We want to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. If a tea ware item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept a return for store credit if returned within 30 days.

We recommend buying a smaller increment to taste before committing to a larger purchase!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Received a defective/wrong item?

We apologise for this inconvenience! In the unlikely event that you've received a defective/wrong item, please get in touch with our support team who will get this sorted for you with the following information:

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support!

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot process for a refund.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.
